Hey guys, Ok this hasn't really got anything to do with gemini mods or parts or nothing. But I've givin my gemini to get sprayed about 6 weeks ago paid for it all and yup it hasn't even been touched yet. In fact i've done most of the work on it to get things moved along quicker. But still they haven't even done anything to it. Infact they've probably done more damage then anything else but thats another story. Just wondering what u guys think on this situation and what i can do to get their butts moving cuz i dont really wanna cause them trouble just want my car back.
cheers. any advice at all guys
thanx again.

Well, your best bet would be to approach the manager and\or the owner of the business in a polite but firm manner and explain that as you have paid in advance for the services, and that since the promised services have not been provided, that you are becoming somewhat unhappy with the situation.

Following on from that I'm not sure about the state you're in, but you should be entitled to a full refund of any and all moneys paid for the work. They may get rather pissed off if you use this sort of an approach however, so think very very carefully.

Whilst we can provide generalist advice, we are no substitute for specialist legal advice, so I would recommend in the strongest possible terms that you speak to at least the Office of Fair Trading in your state, and preferably a Legal Aid solicitor as well.

I know that in the ACT, some of the clubs here offer free legal advice to members, tho bookings are required, so it may pay to hunt around and see if that is available in your area.

Hope this helps somewhat, and good luck with it all.
Cheers Smile

That would have to be the most grammatically correct post i've ever seen! capital letters for each sentence, correct punctuation, even PARAGRAPHS!
