hey
is there any difference in a G200 and 1600 alternators??
I have noticed that the wiring for the alternator regulator is different. I have one less on my G200???
and is it possible to just put the standard 1600 1 on a G200??
also know of any larger ones i could use?? |

My 2 litre had a different pin connector on the back of it. Any mechanic with half a clue can cut and rewire the required connector on.
I dont know if the amp ratings are different though. |

| u will probly find that will be a different brand of alternator such as a bosch. as far as i know all alternators are teh same. it should have ingravings on teh side of it saying how many amps |

| series iv rx7 alternators supposedly put out more powr do a search in the old forum and itll tell u power figures |
