boot enclosures

to gene and anyone else that has done this with subs and crap; im looking at doing it with mine and it looks like i wont be able to get the spare in and out easily. has anyone else had this problem? and if so, how did you get around it?

i've thought about this a few times, i think the easiest way would be to box the whole boot, like the fueltank, sides floor and the lights, when you do the sides make 2 the same so that you are able to keep the spare where it is, standing up on the drivers side, but when you attach the one over the spare, put 2 hinges on the bottom and put some sort of clip or strap up the top os that it will lay down and sit on the subs, so that you can easily get your spare out, also might be an idea to put perspex over you subs so you still have useable a boot!

i hope i explained that so you can understand it, i can picture it and its bit hard to explain with out showing you. mabey oneday i'll actually get off my ass and do it, and i wont have to explain it.

cheers aussie, i can picture it mate, but the problem is, my fuel tank is in the floor under the spare! sorry i should have mentioned i dont drive a 'gemini' gemini!

yeah i guessed as much, does it work alright? i want either 1 or 2 15s in the boot but i still want to be able to get to the spare.
