Is it worth it?

Ok recently i wrote my gemini off. So now i gotta start all ova again. Only prob is, I've been giving another TE for free, i just need the shell but it's got a hole the size of my foot in the boot with rust. and a few other spots like door sils and engine bay rust. I've already paid for a deposit on my spray job. So all i gotta do is get the car ready to spray. Now my question is, should i keep this and fix/weld up the rust spots. And if anyone is willing to fix these spots for cheap for me or knows of something that would be great.Or should i spend a bit more money and buy another gemini with less rust. (very rare)
Any help guys, i'm kinda desperate here i want my gemmy back asap.
