How do i know if my car can crank but cannot start? then batt don;t seem to be charge...i have this new batt since last year... but i fogot to fill up the distill water..so after i refill the batt still dun charge...is the batt spolit? and how i know if the External volt Regulator or the alternator is faulty? thanks.. |

If you let your battery stay flat for a while or if you run it out of water then its shagged, will not charge again. If you want to test if your alternator & regulator are working then start your car up and hook a boltmeter up to your battery, should be showing 13.5 or more volts if your alternator is charging it |
