I picked up a big valve head from pick'a'part last week for $20. I was wondering what the parts only would cost to re build it. I was looking at replacing the stock "big valves", mild cam, heavy duty valve springs, new valve slides, new rockers and rocker rails. All in good quality equipment. I know the price can vary a lot depending on what equipment I use but Im after a ball park figure so I can save my TAX money
Cheers
Tex

if the valves arent damaged just get them ground, stock springs are fine and usually never wear out, a regring cam are about $90 depends where u go, get it pressure tested $40, seats and valves ground $40, shaved $30, and vrs kit $40 and u can bolt it on, dont spend money on new parts when there not usually needed. Put new welch plugs in it though
