Diff bounce I dunno can someone help?

Got the dreaded "diff bounce" in my tf van, Doesn't happen all the time but enough to notice a 'problem pending'. From a standing start just taking it easy it will happen not all the time but enough. (Like clutch shudder but got a new clutch in it so can't be it.) From looking through past posts I get the idea it could be the centre diff bearing or the torgue tube. Any help to distinguish the difference or advice with this would be greatly appreciated.

your torque tube rubber has probably broken off it's mount, just replace it (easier to replace whole torque tube)
