cant decide wether to go turbo or n/a. In the workshop i think it says the max u can bore it is 3mm (so u end up with 1954cc, same as G200)

It means normall aspirated or naturally aspirated..you take your pick and it means it runs on just air rather than forced induction (eg turbo's or a supercharger) where you get more air into the engine for more power
