Whats the best way to prep chrome for paint? Obviously paint straight on the chrome will just peel off..
By the way I have a TE without the black strips on the bumpers & I want to paint black where the strips sit, not colour coding the whole bar!  |

| best way, sandblast it, easier way, buy some black strips! |

ya buy special undecoat shit!! its stickes to crome and the paint sticks to it buy it from most car places

You buy a special primer which you apply to the chrome area before painting. It also doesnt hurt to get some sand paper and roughen up the area first.
