My Tailshaft has dropped out twice now, i have locked diff if i take out the lock diff will it stop

Sounds like you have forgotten the spring on the Gearbox end of your Transmission(Splined End Of Tailshaft. If your lose that Spring when taking out ya Tailshaft, You will have about 2-3 inches of movement in ya Tailshaft. That spring is there to to movement E.g. Tailshaft Falling out and allows movement for suspension Travel.
