When accelerating suddenly, or changing gears hard, i get a loud clunk which feels like it is coming mid-way between the gearbox and the diff. I seem to get the impression it is the torque tube from what i have read. Where do i get a new torque tube from, and do u need a certain one for ur certain car? (86 Piazza turbo)

the rubber mount/bush would be split (at a guess) mine did the same thing and it was split all the way around. u can see it if u get under the car and have a look.
