gday guys
i wen up to the."fat ride shop" at tuggerah yesterday and had a talk to the owner.
he quoted me about $11000 for a full drive in drive out job including:
vn/vp series 2 engine and 5 speed.complete chassis strengthening full 9 inch lsd with one peice tailshaft.4 wheel disc brake upgrade.with new master cylinder etc.everything engineered takes about 6 weeks.sounds great to me....start saving now should have it this time next year.the guy who owns it has his own 5.7 gemmy ! green one.....so he knows wat he is doin ! dont care wat others say ...im convinced its a good deal.

yeah i though $7000 was a bit cheap, but for $11000 and all the shit u r getting, thats not bad!! ut how u gonna get it regoed??

Have you got any pictures of this 5.7 litre gemini i would like to have a sqizz..
Anyway that price of $11000 is a fukin cheap price i would be securing the price with a deposit and written quote..

yeah i think im gettin a very good deal ! i know its a long way away but im hopin to have it this time next year!
he was at the summernats....its green...Te theres a pick of him smokin it up in the summernats '03 magazine.
this bloke sounds really good....so if any one wants his number..just ask.
stupid question....but will i ever get it insured under 25 ? im only 17 ....but will b 18 before i get the conversion.

hehe, make sure u get it on paper and ask them how long the quote is valid for. alot of the places the company i work for deal with only give a 3-6 month time frame for the quote to be used

Fuk gene you give that long my quotes stand for 1 month only due the rising costs involved....
Is it this one if it is its a blown v6 not a 5.7

i've seen that car...that pic was taken at the easternats at sandown...and your right it is a supercharged v6.....for more geminis from the easter nats have a look here.....
