paint & bodywork ok, few very minor dings, not much rust

dude wants about $3500-3700 i think
says he's selling cos hes got an rx2 now
what would you guys pay? i was thinkin $2800?

I paid $3000 for TG with about the same stuff, but not all that suspension just shocks. If the interior is in good condition and the engine i would pay around 3300 max.

Tell him that u'll give him $3000 cash and u watch him take it straight away. If he says no, just say ure not interested and he will give in to ya.
