I have a Auto In my Sandpiper II, I got it Built in Melbourne(Where I am)and the Following was done:
Turbo 350 Clutches
Turbo 350 Shift Springs
Daihatsu Truck Torque Convertor 2500rpm Stall
B&M Thermo Fan Cooled Oil Cooler
Scatter Shield Around Bellhousing
XB GT Uni Joints.
And my Auto Takes a Hammering. Its behind a Fairly Hot G180Z, Last Dyno was 135hp Flywheel. I have no trouble blowing away Manual Gems or V8's.

P.S. It cost about $800 for the Auto
$200 for the Cooler and $200 for the Tailshaft |
