This car's only owner has been an old lady. She bought it when she was 65 and is now 85. The car is a 1982 model. I don't know much about cars, but is $2700 a good price for it? It's done 70,000 clicks, which isn't bad, and is in mint condition. The interior is all nice and not a dent or scratch on the exterior. I think it'd be a pretty cool for my first and that way i can learn more about cars and shit. First mod will be a new sound system and paint job (it's a crappy brown colour). What do you think?

If its in mint condition then yeah its worth $2700, well thats my opinion. I bought mine for $2700 in excellent condition 4 years ago.

I looked at an '83 with no door trims, the pinstripe didn't run all the way down one side, had no coolant at all in the radiator, no rego etc etc and the dickhead wanted $3000. Go figure!! Smile

Heres a fresh thought.
If the car is in mint condition , why not keep it stock and preserve the true Gemini.
There wont be many around before long.
Why is it that everybody that jumps in a gem wants to go nuts with the thing?
Just my $2 worth

Thanks pinky
Yes put a system in it but otherwise keep it stock.
Engine performance is good enough to get you done for speeding and as this is a first car maybe a stocker is the best thing.
It will also hold a better resale value.
Pinky , check out my new car (this is why the gem not done yet)
