Has anyone gone about rebuilding a piazza motor to handle a considerable amount of boost? What sort of things would need to be done, and what is a rough estimate of costs? When funds allow it, i will be doing something like this, and i want to figure out how to do it and costs.

Anthony,
It would be the standard sort of thing. Make sure that he crank and rod are in good nick and whack a set of forged pistons in. Tidy up the head and make sure that the machine work is top notch. You will be looking at around $1500 for machining and around $800-1200 for forged pistons. If are are going to go to that sort of trouble then look at adding $500 for a custom plenum as well.

Cheers
Paul
