can anyone explain (clearly, not in car stereo shop employee language) how to wire 2 subs in parallel (ie present a 2ohm load) from one amp please. cheers |

In any other electrical environment to wire in parallel you would put both the +'s on the + terminal and both the -'s on the - but I dont know about with speakers so this is useless to you |

to wire in parallel, run the + from the amp to the + terminal on one of the subs then from that same terminal to the + on the next sub. Repeat the process for the negative terminals... |

champion, thanks pete. if my amp puts out 278w rms into 2 ohms, how much will each sub get? theres two of them |
