Got a problem. Pulled the Tappet Cover off my RB Gemini to find a rubber sealant as the Gasket. What the hell is with that? Now i have to go and buy a new gasket which has to be ordered in from QLD as Repco and Super Cheap Auto don't stock them. Anyone know anyone that has them in stock and in the Parramatta area in Sydney? I need it Immediatly.
Cheers

Make sure you use silastic on the gasket, also if they give you a rubber gasket don't take it as they're garbage always use cork on the rocker cover. |

Should the rubber gasket be the same shape as the Rocker Cover? The one they gave me is a rectangle and fits the length and width but its shape is wrong.. Any ideas on what i can do? I need it fixed ASAP.
Cheers

i rang them up and the guy said that with some of them you have to mould them yourself. I got it on eventually. Hopefully it stays on because it is going up the coast in afew days.
