i have just put a 2.3lt in my TE gemmy, out of a rodeo.it is carby fed; what do i need to change because i cant get it to go?

ummmm try turning your ignition closing your eyes and hoping it will start will not work in your case.

fuel lines?????????
timing ??????

yeah what he said.

try checking for fuel and spark. if its got both then its most probably your timing.
