thank you 2 those people who sugested ichibahn & sss , but i had allready rang from qld to west aus looking "nobody has piazza front cuts" & theres only a very few engines around that are incomplete !!!!! so i to thought i would try the 2.6 engine , but they seem to be just as hard to find !!! thinking maybe its easier to go to kenards & hire a ute for the day , that goes misteriously missing , only to be found vandalised with its wiring & computer gone any-1 kno where i can pick up a 2.6 enine from? |

You've probably already tried this but... Ring the 4X4 wreckers in and around your surrounding area. I went to a four wheel drive wreckers here on the Gold Coast about 4 or so months ago looking for an electronic dizzy set-up. As i was dawdling down the aisles i saw 4 4ZE1's and about half a dozen 4ZD1's. As you're in Sydney, i'd be more inclined to try the out-skirts of the area towards the bush.
Cheers,
Jasyn... |
