as gene said get a roll pin remover, a can of wd40 and a hammer, spray em wit wd40 the night before, then spray em about an hour before u go to take em off, n spray em b4 u take em off, they slide out real easy that way, makes it shitloads easier than beltin the shit outta it n dinting your doors n crap.

Took us about 15 mins with a pin puller. Yeh.. real hard.

Putting them on just requires knocking in the pin while someone holds the door in place.

Selleys RP7 is good stuff too is pritty expensive tho. it works just as good if not not better the WD40.
