Sort of Technical Question.......help please

my control valve (located next to your fuel filter with three hoses coming of it to your block, fuel line and air filter) seems to be making a buzzing noise when i stop the car and if it stops (the buzzing) and you tap the valve again..it starts buzzing again. ive tested the valve and all is good except for the noise. is it just the balls wobbling round with the air pressure inside the valve.

it is there for pollution reasons, the buzzing is normal as vapour from the fuel tank and sump go up into the air cleaner, nothing to worry about. they all do it
