Compliance turbo?

I am doing a turbo upgrade on the piazza in 2 weeks, and want to know if ill need a modplate or anything? I am doing rb25 turbo, custom dump, custom manifold, cooler, injectors, aftermarket comp. Do i need to tell the authorities about this. If so, what am i looking at paying?

you will probably have to get it engineered. the after market computer will be your biggest hassle, i dont think you can get them engineered. i know you cant get ems done unless you car is pre 75 model (pollution laws or some shit)
