| just went to change my alternator tonight as my battery has been having some charging probs and found that the lower pivot bracket on the G180 has larger bolts than the 1600, so cars off the road for another day yet. Just though might be handy for ppl to know in case they need to change theirs in a hurry, make sure u have the G160 bracket so u can get heaps of 2nd hand alternators. |

| Had another go today and its only the brackets in the early Tx gems that are different from the late models |
