Hello again
What I wanna know, is do you sand the top coat before you spray on the clear coat? My top coat has a bit of a rough feel to it, and I am assuming before you hit it with the clear coats of paint, it has to be smooth? am I right??

u can't if it's a pearl or metallic paint or u will rub it out, if it's a straight base paint like white black red etc with out metallic and pearl, yes u can block it back with 1500 - 2000grit sandpaper to make it more smoother, thats what i will b doin as i'm sprayin a straight red. then the clear coat, leave it 4 3weeks then block that abit with 2000g paper and buff her up. but try not to rub it back too much or u will hit your undercoat(primer) and then ya fucked.

P.s it's good ya aaskin q's bout it or u might have stuffed it up, mooch knows heaps bout this shit 2 as his dad is a spray painter/panel beater. |

| so u sand ur final coat of clour paint with 2000 after 3-4 weeks then put ur clear coat on? |

do ya colour coat and clear coat then block ya clear coat nice and smooth with 2000g after 3-4 weeks
