I just bought a new head unit sansui cdr 7700 and boss splits now the problem is i installed them yesterday and they were working greAT but to day i was vacuming my car listen to some music and i changed the cd now when the new cd started to play only the sub was working i tried using the back i tried using the bACK speaker wires for the splits (as i dont have any back speakers yet) and that didnt work so i reset it and still didnt work used one of my bros speakers didnt work either what is wrong with it :'( now strathfield are telling its ganna cost me 120$ for them just to look at it  what am i to do |

its a new unit from strathfield ? if so then you have 7 days from date of purchase to take it back and demand a full refund, or exchange, most shops will only offer an exchange, but you are entitled to a full refund.
if they are not helpful then contact the ACCC, http://www.accc.gov.au/ and follow the procedure for contacting them and lodging a complaint. |
