Tg slx's have a digital clock, tacho, oil pressure guage, battery guage, 5 gears (?), different badges and a better interior. Ben

A mate bought an 84' SLX and we think it had every option available.

5 speed, good instrument cluster, dig clock, isuzu tape stereo (with dolby), 2 mirrors with the internal adjustor, cloth trimmed seats and the bottoms of the door trims, rear retractable seatbelts, sunroof, air con, boot light, and an isuzu umbrella.

In the TD's before early '79 it was referred to as the SL/E, the SL/X was introduced after this time. Options avaliable were.... radio/cassette, 4 spoke steering wheel, timber dash inserts, timber door trim inserts, door trims went to the top of the doors, velour seats, cut-pile carpet, stainless headlight and grille surrounds, stainless door window frame surrounds, 5 speed (standard), black grille, color coded exterior mirrors, and Sandpiper spoked wheel covers.

yep, we assumed it must have been an import. no holden badges anywhere except on the steering wheel which was a saas one anyway.
