Has anyone here adjusted the toe in of their suspension set-up to gain better handling ? I have pretty extreme toe-out which makes for great power steer in a shopping carpark, but wreaks havoc when throwing the little bitch sideways at 90k/ph. I'm chewing through an average of two front tyres every eight to ten weeks. The rears getting chewed dont phase me as i have control over how quickly they are destroyed. But i'd like to know how much of a mission it is to dial more toe in on the front end of a TX. Is this a job better left to the pro's such as Pedders and the like, or can this be performed at home - sorta like the old reversed ball-joint = more negative camber trick.
Any technical input would be great.
Cheers,
Jasyn...

yea my front tyres only lasted 8000km on my tx cause of that prob, i just got a wheel alaignment and they pulled the front of each tyre in about 6mm i think and seemed to fix the problem.

Cheers, i spoke to the tyre guru when i got new fronts today. He told me that i had to get new tie-rod ends and measure the distance between the centre of the two fronts, and adjust the distance until i was happy with the result. I dont exactly want to do this with a tape measure, so i'll have to take it into Pedders or some other suspension specialist with the right tools to get it perfect.
