The rear quarter window is the only thing stopping me from spraying the car.
How the farking hell do I get it out? Or is there a way to leave it in and spray around it?
I dont want to dissmantle the entire guts of the door but if thats what it takes..

Alright what u have to do is romove the normal glass and im not sure about the winder mechanism. At the top of the door there will be a smallish phillips head screw that goes down into the divider. Take it out and then the divider should come out if niot the will be a screw at the bottom somewhere holding it in the the glass should slide side ways when you get the divider out. Then manouver the glass out and its done. Installation is a reversal of the removal.
