i own a 79 TD gemmy wagon, straight 1600 engine with massive air cleaner cover.
i am curious as to how good the 9" chrome sports air filters are, are they worth the couple of bucks ?? do they give much added boost to car ??
also does anyone have some spare sunvisors they can sell cheap ?? sa i live. |

i had one of those 9" filters, infact i still do have it, dont need it now that i have a weber...
i wouldnt really reccomend them though due to the fact they crack underneath with the vibration of stopping, starting and cold idleing. i just used siicone on the cracks as a temp fix... _________________

they are quite good i have one on mine. However you can really hear it sucking air which doesnt really matter though. They do make it a little more gutsy, and it does help fuel econ |
