Having some trouble with my clutch, was driving along yesterday, gradullay the clutch just got lighter and lighter (Really easy to put the pedal to the floor). Went home and adjusted the cable almost all the way, still the same problem. Also, havn't been able to rip burnouts for a while, and with the cable adjusted fully it slipps up hills etc. Does it mean what i think it means? New clutch? Or maybe release lever thing is fucked, or the return spring or something? PLZ help!!

pressure plate springs sound fucked, or the whole lot.

get a clutch kit, and swap the lot.

i had a similar problem, and the only way i got around it was to do the clutch.

hope this helps.
rob.

park your car and stick it in top gear. Hold your foot dont hard on the brakes and let the clutch out with a bit of throttle. If your clutch is still ok the car will stall. If not you will need a new clutch.
