dont bother about this starter solenoid shit, go to jaycar and buy a boot release kit for $25, it comes with a solenoid, about 6meters of electrical wire, a wire trace, and a push button switch.
all you do is mount the solenoid next to the boot lock.
conect the wire trace to the boot lock, run a lead from the solenoid to the chassis(for negative) then run another wire from the posative side of the solenoid to the switch and then from the switch to the battery, its piss easy, will take about 3 hours and cost no more than $25
i had one on my pano but it would fit on a sedan easy as. |
