If I lower my gem 3 inches will the bottom scape as i go over speedhumps etc ??

3 inches is pretty low, theres no need to have it too low. 2 inches is a good height, looks good, functional

the thing that will scrub is your exhaust, coz gem's dont have full sick bro body kits, 3 inches is still VERY practical.

if your exhaust is stock it will hang pretty low, if youve got extractors itl sit heaps higher and you will have no worries

so wot springs should i get?

i hate going to so called 'specialists' who fuck everything up cause they don't know/care about the car they are working on...

anyone reccomend a particular brand and or height?

ur rite about other pricks working on your car and not giving a fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

anyhoo,take you gemi 2 a spring works and get your springs retempered(made tuffer)and lowered.......

you will have 2 make sure u have the wheels u want 2 run on when u take it there.....


u cant ever get the rite ride hight when u buy over the counter springs....i dont know why but thats the way it is....

go the 3 inches man. i had my front about 3 inch but i kept getting stuck on my driveway and it eventually loosened my sump plug. If u dont have a fucked up driveway do it
