What ADRs stand in the way of me putting a v8 in my gem?
I know theres some people here who have done this conversion and was wondering if its worth the effort.

why would you want to do it? most jap turbo 4's will eat it in handling and performance anyway.

So is the V8 going with your AWD conversion? How is that coming along, oh, and also, if it costs someone 15k to put in a v6 engine and get it engineered, good luck ramming a v8 in, you wont do it for you magic number of 5k.

Im sick of fucking fours, thats why i want a V8. ANyway my original question stands, albeit what if the car had a certain alloy V8 only 18 kgs heavier than the G160 and beefed up suspension? How many ADRs would that fix?

Wow. theres an idea. but the torque steer would be shit. id prefer RWD, but if it came down to it, an RB chasis might help. Thanks GROOV3.

five grand max, if you do it all yourself( V8 not labour), it varies, on what parts you use and wat you get the for etc. Whats the best auto to combine with a non ECU V8?

fare enough your sick of all the fours but theres a good reason for so many fast four gemini's! its pretty fucking hard to get a v6 in the engine bay let alone a v8! Anything can be done though.

If you want a fast v8 get a fucking vl you lazy fuck! Smile
