| yea that happened in my TF, the wires wear out fray and eventually rub together producing sparks and thick smoke. yea just get it fully re-wired i got mine down for around $800 |

i thought it was because no taco is aloud above the steering wheel line.. something to do with ur concentration on the road or some crap? |

The only thing wrong with it i stated...
the distributor (elec) is getting a bit old and could use a re-condition it is currenly down at wollongong auto electrics being checked out and a new module.

nah the motor is perferct, sump gasket could do with a change, and the rocker cover gasket blew about a month ago i just replaced it with some strong gasket goo.
the distribtutor will run the engine ... |
