Thats a BIG cam for a gemi. It wont fit without flycuts in the pistons, and prolly need to flycut the head so the lobes dont hit the cam tunnel too. I had to do all this to mine, and it has 490" lift - not that much more.
You will definitely need a bigger exhaust, prolly 2 1/2 system as 2 icnh will be way too restrictive over the diff. Also note that with what youve listed, a 350 holley could possibly be too small. May need to run a 390 etc. Also factor in that you will need a bigger fuel pump.
All things considered, assuming good port work, you could expect at least 100hp at the wheels, prolly good enough for a low 15 second quarter mile.

I too believe the cam is way to big for the carb etc setup you discribed .. but as said it should see 100 to 110 hp rear wheels

Maybe you read the specs sheet wrong, or have a different cam, but there is no chance of that sized cam fitting into a standard motor. There is just too much lift. One of my motors has a cam that has 430" lift with 292 degree duration, and its only fitted into two motors so far without mods, and ive tried it in about 10 motors. Theres just too much lift so the motor wont wind over cos the valves bind on the pistons. It sounds cool though, cos it idles like a rotary and wont idle below 1300 rpm.
As far as carbies go, twin sidedraught 45mm webbers (not 40s - too small ) or twin downdraught 44 mm webbers would be good, but will set you back about $800 for either set.
A 500 2 barrel holley on a standard manifold would be good and will prolly set you back about $300. My pesonal favorite would be to buy a mnifold called an OffenHauser 4 barrel manifold and a 465 holley - sweet! about $600 all up including carby.

i am not saying it will fit just by guessing
but i have that same cam in my old 1600
the one that spat a con rod out the block after about 6 months

3 of them with a 10:1 comp ratio

key bangers may have been what killed it
